High-quality components and high flux BIN diodes comprise the HyperDrive’s circuitry whilst a durable yet visually pleasing high-pressure cast housing and shadow chrome lens housing compliment the nature of the HyperDrive. 50mm Optics are responsible for the exceptional light transmission whilst maintaining a clean and seamless beam down the road.

Our optics or totally internal reflectors (TIR) have revolutionised the way we project light. We have created an optic for every application to ensure 100% beam accuracy in high output scenarios.

What is an ‘optic’ and why do I need them?

LEDs have smaller form factors than their conventional counterparts, but they differ in how they emit light. Incandescent illuminate in 360 degrees but LEDs are directional, illuminating only 180 degrees. With this theory in mind, we need to approach lighting physics in a completely different way and thus use different methods to extracting the most from our luminaire.
